I met Sonia from Parlato's Catering approximately 7 years ago. Other than Sonia’s delicious food her personality was also a key part to why we keeping asking her to come back. Her flair and excitement for new recipes and menu ideas creates a following of people that keep coming back!
Sonia is an excellent cook and she is her food . Spice and flavours not only describe the food but the woman as well.

Parlato Catering, amazing, full of flavor food for any occasion. Fantastic to work with, very attentive and great service. We used Parlato Catering for my nephews 5th birthday. We were provided with a huge selection of food to choose from. Sonia helped us and made suggestions picking food and catered us. The food was beyond and above and we couldn’t be more happier. Our guests raved about how delicious, fresh and flavorful the food was from appetizers to desserts. The quality and quantity and a variety of food to choose from. Not to forget Food presentation which was beautiful. Parlato Catering is honest and works with you to make sure you are getting the best you can, they work with you and your budget to cater and come up with a menu. Delicious food awesome service at its best thats what Parlato Catering is. Will definitely use their services again in the near future.
I first met Sonia Parlato in 2014 when she was operating two large restaurants in the Dominican Republic. Her passion for superb food and focus on exemplary service ensured the restaurants were always full. Her menus were diverse and worldly, incorporating elements of Latin America, North American, Asian, and European cuisines. The service was customer-focused, casual, and timely, which was perfect for the setting. It was truly exceptional in every way. I would recommend Parlato's Catering, for any event, without a moment of hesitation.

Parlato's Catering helped with my surprise birthday party. The amount of food was overwhelming and people went back for more! I met Sonia in Cabarete, Dominican Republic in 2015 and was immediately struck by her passion for food; she’s was always talking about the different dishes she is thinking about creating and the perfect ingredients for them. One of those days while visiting her and husband Otis, she took me on a food journey; it started with Italian breakfast, then Dominican Lunch and the day ended with she dubbed health Chinese food. Sonia is an excellent cook, but in my opinion her versatile is what sets her apart from other chiefs.
